Coffee and caffeine: the way you brew makes a difference
Ever thought of altering your coffee morning routine on how you brew your morning coffee?
Well, research on how you brew your coffee tells a story of caffeine content. A researcher at Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague compared coffee brewing methods and measured the caffeine content of the brew. The highest caffeine concentration was found in the Moka pot method. The lowest concentration was found with the aeropress method. So if you want a strong effect and a kick start or a more gentle stimulation for your morning, maybe you should consider these two methods.
